Unifaun ERPConnect
Unifaun provides a solution for linking orders between Unifaun Online or Pacsoft Online and your business system.
Unifaun ERPConnect makes it possible for the online system to receive information from the business system, and then reuse information about receivers, order numbers, services, etc. You can also print transport documents and send EDI directly from the business system.
One condition is that the system is capable of generating information text files in Unifaun XML format or tab limited text.
Unifaun currently provides a range of options
- If you install the Unifaun OnlineConnect program, you will have access to a versatile and efficient solution for linking from your business system. This solution is intended for users who want the option of linking orders between any of Unifaun’s online systems and their own business system.
- If you purchase Unifaun ERPConnect together with the Unifaun Transport support function, it will be simple for you to integrate one of our online systems with Visma Administration. A simple, rapid and versatile solution at a fixed price.
- Suppliers of centrally run e-commerce platforms, stock management systems or business systems involving at least 25 underlying customers may well find XMLPosting interesting. This is a method that allows your customers to use Unifaun ERPConnect, on condition that the business system is developed, operated and adapted by you – the business system supplier.
The order linking function reduces the risk of errors. It also means that you no longer have to perform maintenance on customer registers in multiple systems, and that you have access to simpler dispatch processing, which can save you a great deal of time.
Unifaun ERPConnect supports integration with all business systems, although the level of adaptation required may vary. Contact your business system supplier with regard to the integration itself.
